Template Use Policy

These policies cover every Squarespace template you buy from Moxiefied. Please read them along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Delivery

Every template is delivered as a brand-new website in your Squarespace account. It isn't added to a site you already have, so your current site stays as it is until you're ready to switch your domain over.

After you check out, you get a Getting Started PDF with links to the video library.

Within 48 hours, you'll get an email invite from Squarespace. Accept it, and the template is added to your account with a 3-month free Squarespace trial, so you can build your site before you pay for a plan.

Please accept the invite as soon as you can. Each purchase includes one delivery, so if the invite isn't accepted, you'd need to buy the template again.

Once the template is in your account, it's yours to edit. I can't undo changes you make to it or fix problems those changes cause.

If 48 hours have passed and you haven't seen the invite, check your spam folder, then email me at hello@moxiefied.com.

Refunds

Templates are digital products, so I can't offer refunds once you've bought one. Look through the live demo, the template's page and the FAQs first so you're sure it's the right fit. Questions before you buy? Email me at hello@moxiefied.com and I'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Support

Every template comes with 30 days of free email support. Email me at hello@moxiefied.com and I'll reply within 2 business days. Support covers problems with the template itself. For general Squarespace questions and questions about your account, please contact Squarespace support.

You also get a video library that shows you how to edit your Squarespace pages, and Squarespace has its own free 24/7 support.

License

Each purchase comes with a one-time license: one template covers one website. You can use it for your own site or for a client's site.

Want to use a template more than once? Email me at hello@moxiefied.com and we can talk about licensing options.

Templates are protected by copyright, so please don't resell them or share them.

I may feature your finished site on my website or social media to show off the template.

What you'll need

My templates are built for Squarespace 7.1 using the Fluid Engine editor. You'll need a Squarespace plan and a domain, but only when you're ready to launch.

You don't need to know how to code. Most of my templates use no code at all. Golden Hour is the exception: its code is already done for you, and you get instructions on what it does and how to change or delete it.

Demo content

Every template comes with demo copy, so you can see what goes where and swap in your own words. The photos are AI images or Unsplash stock photos, so you're welcome to keep them or swap in your own.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars.
