our simple 3-step process
01 The Plan
After a quick discovery session, you’ve signed the contract, and paid the deposit to secure your spot on my calendar, you tell me all about your business and start getting your content ready to send to me. (We can talk it through on a call, or we can do the whole project by email.)
02 The Build
You send your words, photos, and logins no later than 3 business days before your scheduled week, and then I get to designing and building your site. I will need you to be available (by email) for feedback and approvals on scheduled days.
03 The Launch
Your site goes live, and I send you how-to videos so you can update it any time your little heart desires. You also get 30 days of email support for questions and small fixes.
FAQ about custom sites

Nope. I'm happy to talk, and just as happy to do the whole thing by email. Yes, even the discovery session. (I have done entire projects by email alone never once hearing my client’s voice). However you feel most comfortable.

Your Squarespace plan and your domain. You pay both directly, so you own them from day one.

For custom sites, there is a 50% (nonrefundable) deposit to secure a spot on my calendar. Then the balance is due before I transfer the site to your Squarespace account.

Yes. I do need you to be available to answer questions (by email) but we will have scheduled days for that which you will know in advance. This ensures we launch on time!

If you’re not ready, the project moves to the next available week and a $250 rebooking fee applies. And the deposit carries forward to the new date.

Absolutely! In addition to the Squarespace customization video library I’ll be sending you, Squarespace also has many resources to help you out, including free 24/7 support.
